I am getting married in Covington at the Madison and looking for a place to have an inexpensive but nice rehearsal dinner for 20-25 people (including small children).

I would say hofbrahaus. They have a large banquets type room and it is family friendly during the day and delicious!

We had ours at Montgomery Inn in Ft Mitchell. They were great to work with and were really helpful in getting what we needed. I think we had closer to 40-50 people, so a smaller group would work even better.

Molly Malones in Covington, they have a really great second floor that you get all to yourself. There isn't a charge for using the room, you just have to spend a certain amount on food (if you have 20 people you will most likely spend it). They let you play your own music and bring your own dessert and it's nice to have privacy and your own space so that you aren't bothering others in the restaurant.
