Sky Creek Ranch? Anyone know the minimum req?

Ahhhh still shoping venues, ready to get this party over with! I saw that Sky creek ranch is having a open house type thing this weekend and was wondering if it would be worth it to stop by. Im looking to have about 150 guests.

    I'm having my reception there in March... and I love it.  Things have changed a bit since I booked there, but to give you an idea, I'm having 135 guests, serving a buffet style meal, beer and wine for about 6k on a Sunday.  150 guests is the absolute max that you can have there.

    I will also be going to the open house - it's definitely worth stopping by.  I know that they're also building a bridal suite there, to make it more wedding friendly.

    One draw-back - you are responsible for getting your decorations ready to go on your tables.  I will be up there the Saturday before my wedding and setting them all up.  The have a "banquet manager" that will help you get it all set up and flowing on the day-of, but with the new coordinator (Stephanie), it's worth not having the headache of stressing over this last minute (like I'm having to now) by hiring a day of coordinator.
