Catering suggestions

Hello!

I am getting married at the Winter Park Farmer's Market 4/9/15 and am looking for caterers. I will have about 75 guests and I have a very limited budget. We are thinking of doing southern style food. We've struck out with actually catering companies as they want upwards of $40 per guest and we'd like to be around $20. Do you guys know of any restaurants that cater or catering companies that I'm missing that would work with a tight budget?

Four rivers

We looked into 4 rivers, but it was a little too informal.
We also looked into food trucks, but most of them don't specifically cater weddings and I worry about them not having the experience.

We had a tasting with TooJay's gourmet deli and LOVED it. You can't beat their prices either.
