Wearing White in November

The plan is for the groom and my son (the only "groomsman") to wear a white suit, white shoes, and a blue tie and vest. I was told that a white suit and shoes are an absolute no-no in November. What do you guys think? Should we put them in a different color? My colors are blue, white, and silver.

I say that sounds fine. If you want your son to wear that, I'll bet he looks cute as a button in it!

If a white suit is a no-no, then isn't a white dress? You could put them in silver or blue and either go pimp or retro!
I think white suits are fine, if that's what you want. If it's possibly going to be snowing, I think that having the men in a color and bride in white draws the attention to the contrast, so the bride just fades away (a pic found on TK).

Thanks. I doubt it'll be snowing here in mid-November, so hopefully that isn't an issue.

I think they will look so handsome in white. I'm willing to go with it.
