    I love that a Satanic church (or not a church?) is now using the same loophole a Christian organization (not a church) went to the Supreme Court to get. Related: I'm probably going to hell.

    Because people who think this is absurd, it shouldn't apply to a satanic cult, why not? Don't you respect religious (or the lack of) freedom. Or is it only ok in regards to your own religion.

    So they are requesting that before a woman of their faith gets an abortion, they skip the informed consent?

    As a conservative, pro-life Catholic, I actually find this kind of funny and a bit brilliant.

    The way I am reading it they are requesting that a woman be given Scientifically accurate medical information so that she can give true informed consent.  As opposed to the information being filtered through the doctor's political, religious, and/or personal agenda.

    They're trying to be sure that women receive medically and scientifically accurate information in pre-counseling. As opposed to the incredibly one-sided and judgmental counseling that pro-birth legislators have passed in many states.
