Kentucky (Lexington) based Welcome baskets

What are some good Kentucky based items (I already have horse racing and bourbon themed items) I can put into my guests' welcome baskets?

    Ale-8, Rebecca Ruth candy, seasonal produce (fall--apples, summer--peaches),mint jelly, donuts from Dough Daddy, local tea, local honey...

    But, remember, if you give things to a guest, especially one that flies in, they have to pack it to take home.  That's why I'm generally opposed to welcome baskets.  If the guest only packed a carry on roller bag, all the things that are liquid will have to be thrown away.  You may be better off spending more on what you use to entertain your guests while they're there--more/better food or alcohol.
