    E:  It's garbage night, so that means cleaning the guinea pig cage and a few other things and not much time for exercise.

  • B- Coffee...I'm not feeling to well this morning so if I eat something right now it may come back up. 

    L- Kale Salad and peanut vinaigrette dressing

    D- Leftover Chicken Marsala and broccoli

    E- CrossFit

    L: Not sure yet

    D: leftover spaghetti

    E: swimming and weights



  • B:  a little bit of leftover chicken, 2 jumbo eggs, 1 pc. WW toast with raspberry preserves; half-caff coffee (black)
    L:  potluck at work...  I brought sweet and spicy meatballs.  I'm hoping there is salad and fresh fruit or veggies I can eat!!
    D:  frito chili pies, roasted green beans (ended up making spicy chile limon chicken last night instead of the chili!)

    WO:  Insanity M1 Recovery
  • B-hot chocolate, yogurt with blueberries

    L-vegan shepard's pie

    S-apple

    D- spaghetti squash in a butter and garlic sauce

    S-wine and some salsa and chips

    E-abs work out and at least half an hour on the elliptical

    Anniversary

  • B - banana and PB2
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and colby jack cheese, baby carrots, apple sauce, sugar free jello
    S - Babybel light cheese, granola bar
    D - taco salad! om nom nom. ground beef with taco seasoning, kale and spinach, reduced fat shredded cheese, and salsa. So good!
    Dessert (heh) - Dole Dippers (bananas covered in dark chocolate. So effing good) and a little bag of Disney Princess fruit snacks

    E - Hopefully doing arms and abs tonight after work.

  • B- greek yogurt (omg chobani has limited edition watermelon, passion fruit, and grapefruit right now for summer- mmmmm)

    L- roasted chicken & small helping of pasta leftover from dinner last night

    D- baked chicken over white rice

    E- ran 1.5 miles. Ok that's not a lot but it was literally my first day exercising in over a year since I was involved in an accident so it was a big accomplishment.

    @eilis1228 I frigen LOVE the Dole Dippers! And @clogreeneyes I was like hmmm is she Canadian where they have some sandwich item named Jan that I don't know about?! hahah

    D - Not sure but I think I'm going to dinner out with my family.

  • I didn't realize this was different from yesterday's!

    B- Jamba Juice smoothie - made it light
    L- Rice with chicken in peanut sauce
    S- 3 otter pops already, I'm sure I will eat more. . . Picking up large slurpees for me and BF on the way home........... Still obsessed with sunflower seeds, but haven't smoked for 17 days!
    D- TAMALES!

    E- Walked 3 miles with the dog. No running for me today!
