I am watching SYTTD, Bridesmaids. I swear, these women are TERRIBLE.

One of them just locked herself in the bathroom at the salon because the bride chose another woman to be her MOH. The other one talked for about 10 minutes about her sister's fluctuating weight and hoping she could somehow get into her dress. 

What, I am the only loser sitting at home on Friday watching terrible TV and eating cheese?

    You are not alone. Except I am currently addicted to Naked and Afraid. I hate reality TV shows, but I can't stop watching it. I have also supplemented my cheese with two tortillas. This week was long. We have a right to veg out.

    Time2strtliving , H and I got sucked into Naked and Afraid the other day. It is very strange but quite riveting. If you get real bored and like naked folks, Dating Naked is also a......winner.......

    oh, I have to watch it while H isn't home. If he came in right now, the channel would be changed within minutes. He HATES it.

    I feel bad bc I texted my mom about this one MOB and she turned it on. So now my dad has to watch it!

    During wedding planning, I went on a binge of SYTTD, Bridezillas and Four Weddings.  I am not proud.

    I literally just spent an hour (and during budget season) to find out where the hell TLC is on the TimeWarner business channel line up. I am alone, so I can watch it if I want. They're almost as good as the "is you the baby daddy" shows on Maury.

    They cancelled Bridezillas but show repeats often enough. They made a wild ass show out of marital counseling for couples who had been on Bridezillas. It is not nearly as hilarious as the original show.

    When I'm in between projects, I go on binges of SYTTD on Netflix. I now totally want to check out the bridesmaids version now! DH and I are on the way to a church picnic now. I am actually a bit envious of you and your trashy reality TV and cheese.

    I watched the show before wedding dress shopping with daughter to learn what NOT to do as MOB.  I was very careful to let her make her  own decisions.  (I did find THE DRESS for her, hanging on the rack, though.)   It also helped me deal with one dishonest, high pressure shop that tried to bully her into a dress she didn't want.
    Once Randy gushed over an expensive wedding dress for a PPD, I was done with that show,

    When I was living at home Mom and I would watch it together sometimes, and there were times where I looked over at her and said. "Mom. Don't you dare do that to me"

    She didn't. And her and one of my BM's found my dress and asked me if I wanted to try it on. Everything worked out fabulous.
