Bulk or low cost florals in Houston?

I have an out of town guest coming for my wedding in Houston who has a degree in floral design and wants to "do my flowers" - yay! So...where should I go to get bulk flowers for her to "do"? In Houston???

    We are ordering ours from Sams Club online.  My mom is a florist and we have done so many  of our family and friends wedding flowers.  We always use Sams Club and the quality is AMAZING.  In the last 5 years alone she has done 6 or 7 events and they always turn out perfect using their flowers.

    I used Sams Club for the hydrangeas for my wedding. They were great! And huge.
