Girl posts about her "expensive" HM

WW members are pissed cause they didn't know they had the money but wanted to use it for the HM instead.

That is why I do not donate to things like caterers for a wedding.

Yes that is right. But she didn't set it up, other members of the site did. Then after she was called out and offered to refund the people their money...she left the site. It was 1k that they raised for her when she had 2k sitting in the bank for extra hm spending...

Holy crappers!! Although one of the ladies was correct in my opinion, part of that 2k just sitting around waiting for honeymoon spending for excursions or such, could of been spent on the catering and she would still of had 1k left. Depending when her wedding is, if she is working etc, she could easily be saving up money to make up some of that money. I mean 1k is at least for me is a lot of spending money to still have left.

But apparently, according to some of the WW girls, she had booked her HM prior to all of this going on, it looks like her HM was one of the first things she booked then all of the catering crap happened.

I don't think it's the HM itself, but the $2k in spending money that is the issue.

and not to sound snobby, but I do not live on such low thresholds when it comes to money. i get $1k is a lot for some people, but I would tap into emergency savings, use credit and/or lower my HM spending money before taking money from strangers.

Yeah, sure have your hm booked, but when you have 2k sitting in the bank just for extra spending money, don't accept money from people to pay for the biggest part of your wedding. How can she sit on that beach with her little drink and actually enjoy that she mislead people?

I completely agree as I mentioned above, and I read the link before it had been hidden, and I someone on WW said to take 1k from the 2k sitting in the bank account waiting for excursions and such. You can still do a lot of stuff on 1k, I know I could.
