Has anyone tried this weight loss program? If so what's your thoughts????

    I have not but FI has. It works well enough, but as I understand it, it's really hard to keep up and the detox might cause some BO for a while.

    I question the ingredients.  I prefer things to be all natural if they are going into my body.  But I'm a stickler for clean eating so that might be where I get that from.

    My friend and I did it last summer. She stuck to the diet and had amazing results, not only did she lose a lot of weight but her skin cleared up. I had less success but I didn't follow the diet as closely. As soon as we both stopped the program the weight came right back on. I found the program as a whole to be restrictive but I did like having premade lunches and breakfasts. I made getting ready in the AM easy.

    There are cleanse days that you're supposed to do that you barely eat anything and drink a specific drink, those days were pretty bad. I get grumpy when I'm hungry.
