Outdoor Ceremony Site, Help!

My wedding is in 8 months and I still have yet to find a reasonable outdoor ceremony only site that will accommodate 150 guests. Can anyone give ideas please for Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake?

    The Hermitage or the Botanical Gardens in Norfolk are the only outdoor-only places that come to mind.  Maybe the Pagoda in downtown Norfolk, but I'm not sure about accomodation capacity.

    Fred Heutte for outdoor reception as well, Shifting Sands for indoor reception and outdoor beach ceremony or indoor on balcony or something.

    Need suggestions for outdoor preferably oceanfront ceremony site. Military restrictions have changed and now our site is out of the question :( PLEASE HELP!!!
