  yup.  we can fix 90% of what goes wrong, but when it goes WAY wrong, it goes way wrong

  Something tells me in the grand scheme of disasters that your wiring is - it may be cheaper/safer for the long haul to just have an electrician in to rewire the whole works!

  I would burn the place down for the insurance money and start fresh somewhere else.  That's how much I hate wiring issues.
