La Vie en Rose - I always liked the song but couldn't figure out what we wanted to dance to. When it was used in the last season of HIMYM, we were sold. We had one of those relationships where we almost met so many times through mutual friends and college activities, so it kind of fit.

The lyrics were also very suited to us... we are both in our early thirties and never married. And both feeling like time was running out for us to find someone and start a family. All through our relationship, when people asked me about who I was seeing, I would frequently say, "I feel like I waited my whole life for this relationship." He is who I've always pictured I'd be with, but didn't know it until I met him.

I was pulling for "This Will Be Our Year" by OKGO (originally by The Zombies)... The lyrics fit us perfectly, especially after being together 8+ years before we married, but we went traditional.

It's really hard to pick one, so good luck! For us, our musical tastes were so disparate and there wssnt a song that was "our song" that we literally looked at 250+ songs.
