Hi Everyone! Been a while since I have posted on here, but I about 15 months away from my wedding so figured I should probably get started on a few things! Our venue and photographer are all set so the next thing is a DJ. Anyone have any suggestions? I have no clue how much a "good" DJ should cost. I am looking for somene that plays a mix of old and new. I'm getting married at Aria in Prospect in December so preferably someone in that vicinity. Thanks!

We're using Hollywood Enterprises. They're out of Waterbury and will travel anywhere. Angelo has been great to work with. He even met with us at 8 p.m. during the week because we really didn't have any other time we could keep the appointment. Kevin Koschel who is from Sandy Hook. He doesnt have a website or anything. I found him through a friend that got married last year. He DJ's on the side and does quite a few events in the Danbury area. You can find him on facebook if you wanted to look him up. He's got uplighting, dance floor lighting and recently added a photobooth. He's super affordable as well.

We're using Spin Doctor. He seemed to really know what he's doing when we met with him and his prices are pretty good. We found that the bigger places with several DJs to choose from were more expensive than going with an independent DJ like Spin Doctor or Melee.
