Did you see the lunar eclipse this a.m.?

We did, and it was pretty cool.  I had heard it was going to happen, but at 6:25 I'm not always at my sharpest, so I wasn't thinking about it.  DS and I were walking DD to her bus stop when she stopped in her tracks and said "WHAT is THAT???"  We had a great view of it where we were.

(Also, the cat tried to follow us to the bus stop, and made it as far as the corner, where we cross the street.  We didn't realize she had followed us until we got to the bus stop and looked back and saw her there.  She waited until DD got on the bus, and when DS and I crossed back to our side of the street, she trotted along ahead of us and went right back inside.  Cats are weird, yo.)

    I did see a bit of it while driving into work.  It was beautiful as well as the huge moon last night.  So pretty.

    Cats crack me up---they're so non-chalant about everything.  Like "yeah, I meant to follow you, but I got bored so I went back on my own".

    I did see it.  It was pretty cool.  DD was unimpressed and went back to bed.  LOL.

    I did not.  I am so sick.  Doctor this afternoon.  I hope I feel better by Saturday.  I'm bringing DefConn in with me.  He seems OK, but his ears and eyes keep gooping up and he can't shake his cough.

    Mostly just DD.  I'm the one who rescued her, I'm the one who feeds her, and she won't give me the time of day.  She and DD are tight, though.

    Yes! I was one of the crazies that actually got up in the middle of the night to see it. Even my elderly dog thought I was crazy and didn't join me.  Sadly we had some cloud cover that didn't let me see as great of a view as I'd hoped. Oh well. Still very cool!
