Just wanted to give info that I just obtained in case anyone was wondering or interested. The lady in charge of events is so sweet. They can't book to far out in advance because of concerts and they don't when they will have those. She also said that if you are trying to do something more traditional that prob isn't what you wanna do there. They typically have concerts Thurs, Fri, and Sat. If you are having something a little less traditional or on an off day it may work out for you. The Roxy room holds about 50, but if you want to go traditional you are going to have to go with the entire upper level.
The Roxy Room is $7500 that is with food and beverage minimum. Problem is there are no chairs and tables so they would have to be rented.
The entire upper level is $12,500.
