Morning ladies! I didn't get my workout in last night- I got my DRESS! I love it, more than when I tried the sample on a couple months ago. I am also glad that now I can see the areas I want to focus on a bit more, such as arms, back , shoulders, tummy,etc.

It's a beautiful FALL day! I can't believe it actually feels like fall! Where I live, it usually goes from 99* to 30* in a week so this 70* weather is awesome.

My hammies HURT today. I did the On Demand quickie version of boost your metabolism, and the shred weights kettleball routine last night. Ouch. But in a good way.

Im jealous of the fall weather too!!!!! It SHOULD be a comfy 60-70 here in RI, but instead it's a super humid 75 out today.... grrrrr....Im ready for sweatshirts!!!!!!!
