I was told that I look exactly like Taylor Swift. I don't really see it - i think it's the blonde hair. I had a friend in high school that was really pretty and looked like Liv Tyler (Arwen from LOTR), but when I told her, she thought I said Liz Taylor and was a little insulted for a bit until I could clear that up.
When the first Chronicles of Narnia movie came out, everyone told me I looked like Anna Popplewell. I was like 15 then so close to the age of the character.
Now that the Hunger Games are out, it's JLaw, but I think it's just when she has the dark hair and freckles. Out of her Katniss costume I don't see it at all.
In 5th grade, I used to get told I looked like Janeane Garofolo and Daria. 6th grade, Marilyn Manson (long dark hair and a propensity toward dark clothing).
My hairdresser always tells me I look like Avril Lavigne. Nobody else has ever told me that, and I don't see it at all. H looked at me like I was crazy when I told him that.
I don't think I have one. i just get every blonde celebrity ever (especially as a teen - Kirsten Dunst, Avril Lavigne, Mandy Moore...none of those women look anything alike) because we apparently all look the same. The only one I could kinda see is Joss Stone but I think that's a stretch.
My mom looks like Kirsten Dunst in old pictures. She also looks like Amy Poehler at times (in the 90s she totally looked like Poehler's Bronx Beat character).

I've been told by several people I look like Jillian Michaels. They're nice enough to refrain from adding, "You know, if she was out of shape," afterwards.
I've been told I look like Reese Whitherspoon ever since I was in high school. While I may look more like her than any other celebrity, IMO the resemblance is not strong enough to explain the number of times random strangers have told me this.

I have gotten Jennifer Lawrence, Nicole Kidman, and Scarlett Johansson, but the number one I get pretty much weekly is Taylor Swift. Not going to complain about any of those.
ETA: FI gets Girard Butler and younger Brendan Fraser.
I've always heard Mariah Carey and Leah Remini (as in "you look like Stacey from Saved by the Bell/Carrie from King of Queens") I don't see it beyond having the same coloring.
H gets used to get Harry Potter when he was in high school. He's kind of outgrown it now, but it's still funny when his best friends tease him about it. I think it's just because he wore glasses and had the same hair type and face shape. Other than that, the resemblance was weak.
I can't remember getting compared to any particular celebrity, but I often get told "oh, you look just like this one girl I know!"... so there are apparently non-famous doubles of me running around.
And a while back my SIL sent a photo of a guy she saw at a bar that looks EXACTLY like my husband... like I could easily walk up to this stranger and mistake him for my husband. It was really, really creepy. And now I'm just creeped out that my husband has an identical twin somewhere in our town.
I was told Julia Stiles a lot when I was younger and now I get Kelly Clarkson all the time. I went to a pizza shop and the owner came out and he was like "OH MY GOD IT'S KELLY CLARKSON. CAN I HAVE YOUR AUTOGRAPH?!" It was really awkward, especially because I don't really see it.
I've never really been told I look like any celebrity but SO gets told he looks like Seth Green all the time. I love Seth Green so I tell him that's the only reason I'm with him.

I'm the fuck out.
I think you look like Jana Duggar!
ETA:
Live fast, die young. Bad Girls do it well. Suki Zuki.

I've been told I look like Molly Ringwald and Hayley Williams.
What do you guys think?
I'm not sure why I'm upside down ha
