Okay, so here is our plan... Both my fiance and I are very shy people who are not fans of being the center of attention. We are also very close to our immediate families. What we want to do is have our ceremony and a nice dinner for our immediate family with all the wedding trimmings (dress, suit, decorations, cake, etc) and a party for all of our extended family and friends a couple of months later with NONE of the wedding trimmings. We're not dressing up, just having a barbecue, not registering, asking for gifts (which I know is majorly against etiquette anyways!!), have some drinks, etc. I've seen differing opinions on this but is this a PPD??? Help!!
