Poster printing?

Where's the best place to order a poster print? I'm planning to design my own guest book poster and get it printed, and I'm more concerned with the quality than the price. Any recommendations?

Is this one you want signed??

I wouldn't do anything with a Resin coating.

Epson Enhanced Matte would be great for this, if you can pick a specific paper. Any Matte Papers would be good.
