Boob Issues

Re: Boob Issues

  • @MagicInk we might be!

Knee length would be awesome, unfortunately in the snow I might freeze my little tushy off! And good for you with the scary high heels, my best just got married, she is 5 foot, her H is 6'5" so she was in 5 inchers! My man is only 5'6" so no need for me teetering off the aisle (yeah, that could totally happen)!

True we don't get any snow so it was a non-issue for me. Also I got married in November. I think my shoes were a little over 5", my wife is only 5'3" but she wore 3" heels too so we were basically the same height. But I'm a heel girl.
  • That sounds lovely, heels do look so great especially with a shorter dress! I just get visions of walking outside to take pictures, slipping, taking fiance down , elbow to the face, black eye for the ceremony kind of situation! And alas, I don't think he will go for wearing heels...

  • I'm only 5'1 so I can relate. I went with what they called a "modified A line". It wasn't a mermaid. It was close to the body, though. Here's some pics to give you a better idea. This was taken before the chop hem that needed to be done. (Sorry about the sideways pics. Damn phone!) Mine also needed to be taken in at the boob line. I'm between a B and C cup, and it was HUGE on me.

  • I guess there's nothing really more to add except I can attest to the fact that you never know how a dress is going to look until you put it on. I never, ever, ever thought my figure would rock a sheath. I thought that was for girls with the rectangle shape. My ass is god's gift to earth in my dress.

    All of this!

I did not think a sheath would flatter me either. I thought a sheath would be pretty shapeless, but no ma'am. It hugs in the right spots. Mine is belted so it pulls in at the natural waist, which was pretty much my only requirement.
