Hi everyone! I ordered some things from The Knot Shop during their big end of year clearance sale and, unfortunately, received some wrong items. I sent an email to their customer service team over a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. I am wondering if anyone else has had this same experience with The Knot Shop or if something went wrong with their receipt of my email. I have not called them yet because I live in South Korea, and I don't particularly want to call them in the middle of the night.
