    I'm not sure if it will. I asked the dude who owns the shop and he didn't respond to that particular question. FI says he will check the warranty when he's home from work, which is never. 

    Although I won't tell the dude I have someone else working on it, so if it gets really fucked up I'll just straight up lie. This is risk much more appealing than mailing it every few months to get the prongs checked, which sounds to me like a horrible idea.
