    I am super proud of myself today. I hit the bike for an hour.

    At the beginning of the year, my avg heart rate for an hour-long bike ride was 170. Today it was 155. I know that's still not great but I'm happy anyway.

    I second this. Instead of sitting on the couch to watch Say Yes to the Dress, sit on the bike and ride! I read while I do the elliptical - with my Nook with the font size huge haha. It makes the time go by!

    On my favorite radio show, the news guy got an exercise bike for Christmas one year.  They told him to give it a name so he'd want to use it more.  He named it Mark Suppelsa, the name of a local TV anchorman, who also used to do the news on said station before the new guy took over (and Suppelsa fills for him when he's on vacation).

    The running joke became, "so Whip, are you going to ride Mark Suppelsa today?"

    So maybe name it after someone.  Any Knotties want to volunteer their user name?

    His name is Ryan after Ryan Reynolds... I can ride him all day ;-)
