Total plus to being a business owner :-) I am done with sessions until June and just have a couple clients to send products to but otherwise, I am done. An entire 6 weeks of no shooting, no meetings. I don't think I have ever had 6 weeks over, let alone 6 days for about 7 years. YAYYYYYYY

    That is AMAZING.  I wish my mentor would let me take off for that long, but she needs the data for her next talk.  The joys of getting a PhD!  Luckily, I do have off for the 3 days leading up to the wedding and the entire week after. :)

    Me too!  I am only able to take off the Friday before the wedding!  Back to work Monday morning.  (At least 2 weeks later, I get a week off for our honeymoon!)

    No kidding! My advisor doesn't understand why I need to take time off for the honeymoon, but too bad. The department allows us the time so I am going to take it :-p

    I have had this entire week off of work, and even though I have a ton of wedding stuff to finish it has been AWESOME =]   My first day back at work after the honeymoon is going to be soooo depressing.....

    I still have 4 full days of work....:( I thought it was going to be five but boss came through this afternoon and approved next wednesday, too (I got thursday, friday, and the whole following week approved back in January).

    Unfortunately, I have a TON of stuff to do in the next 4 days and it looks like i"ll be working from home a little bit to make sure it's done (I'm a librarian and summer reading program is right around the corner. have to have everything in place before I take off).

    That's awesome!  I'm only taking one day off of work before the wedding (the Friday before), but I'm not too upset since I'm a teacher and therefore will come back from my wedding, teach for about eight days and then have two GLORIOUS months away from children - beginning with a fabulous honeymoon!  Super exciting!
