    FI spends $5 on a lottery ticket when the jackpot is $50mil or more. It's the only gambling he ever does. I've actually never bought a lottery ticket, not even a scratch and win, ever. It's not out of principle or anything, I just...never have.

    We left the tickets are home and didn't think to check before we left for work. Not too concerned since I'm sure we didn't win.

    When H bought the 10 tickets last night he said the person in front of him actually bought these numbers. But that person didn't want them all on the same piece of paper, so the guy bought 10 different ones and the cashier handed the original 10 to my husband. Whatever, we don't care. But DH said if we did win, he would never reveal that he knew that because the person who gave them up would end up committing suicide or something. He's like it would just be way to cruel to let them know. I'm over here like "No way, I'd tell the media and make that person feel like shit!" haha

    We buy five tickets for every Powerball drawing and don't buy extras for the huge jackpots. It's fun to think about what we'd do with $500,000,000.

    I don't. The chances of winning are so small and I just... Meh.

    DH buys them. So unless he ditches me when he hits it big, I'll benefit anyway. :)

    $50 million is the highest the jackpot gets here. We buy a couple tickets whenever it gets that high. Sometimes DH brings home a ticket or a couple scratch offs when he's "feeling lucky". Usually a "feeling lucky" ticket is a loser,  but he wins a free ticket often enough that he thinks his "lucky feeling" is predicting a winner.
