Caesar's Forum Tower Emporer's Palace for In-Suite reception questions

We just booked for our April 25th wedding this year! We are going to have a meet and greet on Friday night, and the reception in-suite on Saturday night.

Does anyone know if Caesar's Palace has tables we can borrow? Or a portable bar? We have hired a caterer and a bartender, but they don't have a real "bar" area other than the wet bar. Any suggestions?

Are you using Caesar's for your meals/beverages? Be cautious asking for the hotel equipment as most hotels are not friendly to outside caterers and can charge you if they found out about the party. I am renting a portable bar from RSVP for my rehearsal dinner- I'm sure they have tables too!

Thanks, good call. Nope, not using Caesars. So, Caesar's won't think it's weird pushing a portable bar through the casino to the hotel.;-)
