Wee neoprene case that has a carribeaner (to hold keys) and a string to go around the neck and is just big enough for a phone and ID. I used it all day.
The problem with pockets is that things fall out when you are fkipping around on the monkey bars. Plus not all of my pants have pockets. I'm not hanging it around my neck either.
Why do you hate cross-overs? Maybe you just haven't found one that "fits." I didn't think I would like one until I tried on the one I have now. And you will have to pull this thing from my cold, dead hands.
I love fanny packs! I love them and I wear them to places like amusement parks, the gym, when I go to the breast cancer walk, etc. I choose to choose function over fashion in this instance and I don't care what anyone has to say about it. I had two fanny packs, but I wore my favorite one out and I hate that it's so hard to find new ones in the stores. Look for them on ebay or Amazon or just google them, but get several and wear them proudly! If fashion dies over this, it's sacrifice was for a worthy cause!
Seriously, I have my sunglasses, my inhaler, my phone, my keys, my money, my debit card and ID, my migraine meds and if I'm wearing my contacts, I've got their case and a small bottle of solution plus my glasses in their case. No pockets can handle that, especially not the pockets they put in womens' clothing.

I just a friendly gal looking for options.
Also, I'm pretty sure fancy companies like Prada, Gucci and the like make fanny packs. It's okay to wear one if they're expensive, right?

I don't like the cross body because I don't like the strap between my boobs.
