    Oh my word. How horribly tragic. I am praying for that girl - I know if that happened to me my mother would want the same thing for me. I pray that even though these are sad times that she would remember her mother with joy and happiness and the wedding day would be a joyous occasion filled with new memories as well as memories of her mother.

    This is so sad.  My grandmother was married under very similar circumstances.  I think they ended up having to postpone the wedding by a little, and it ended up being smaller than they had originally planned, but I know that she still looks back on that day with happy memories.
