I have a question here: Why is it OK to dictate what dress and color a bridesmaid wears but not what shoes they wear? I mean, shoes can completely change a look. Sandals/flats will obviously have a completely different look and feel than bright rainbow-colored pumps even if the wearer is wearing the same dress. I'm…

I think it is ok to dictate color only but not type of shoe.
