FH just treated himself to some new stuff, including a bass and a new amp. So I'm just lurking TK, about to start playing Evil Apples, and trying to decide if I want to go out to a bar or not. The students aren't here for spring break which means my town isn't completely crawling with douchebags.

We are having a lazy day... I didn't get up until almost noon, then we went to a home show and signed up for a timeshare demo, then came home and cooked turkey for dinner.

Now we're back in bed watching Big Love while FI bugs me to have sex bc I think I'm ovulating.

Just left Dave & Busters. On the ride home with friends. I'm usually not a fan of arcades but it was fun! And since we're sharing pet pics...my little dumbass earlier got into some dust or something and looked like she went to ash Wednesday.

I can't say this vacation is as exciting as the fall one.

We are just going to the Philly area for a few days to see my family. We hope to go to Hersheypark, but the weather might not cooperate. My Mac is having issues so we will go to the Apple Store in Delaware - woohoo. See family. Maybe hit up the Mushroom museum. DH might golf (depending on weather). Maybe hit up Philly.

We are staying with my sister. But unfortunately my nephew just had a 5+ hour surgery yesterday and needs a week to recover. My BIL has some melanoma and on Monday they are cutting out more skin around where it was found. He has to recover too.

Both things were found out AFTER we decided to visit them. We offered to stay somewhere else but my sister will not have it. Her house is huge and there are plenty of space, bathrooms and stuff. I see her point of us staying with her. It's easier to visit when we stay together. DH can sleep in while sister and I hangout in the kitchen.

Easter Sunday we go up to NY to be with DH's side of the family. I think Monday is just us hanging out with the siblings. Not sure about the other days. Then we fly home.

Now a week later we are going to Moab for a long weekend. We are borrowing a co-workers RV. Taking the dogs. It should be fun.

This is DH's last weekend of work until mid-May. And that is assuming the kitchen will be finished by then. He will spend a few hours each week making menus and getting his staff in place for the summer. But for the most part he is not working. We are taking advantage of him having time off before summer comes and he will not get any time off. Bonus is his salary. So even though he is not working a lot he still get's paid the same.

We're off to Florida, finally. I'm so freaking excited to get out of the cold and snow and to feel the sun on my skin again!! Even though it's finally getting nicer here, it's not hot enough yet. Suck it winter!!

My In-laws are in town (along with one of my SIL and her two kids) to see the baby. It's nice to see them, but exhausting. Luckily they are staying in a hotel and only visiting for three days. Very pleased to discover that my nephew, who is a bit of a problem child, loves babies and is very good with them, so he is on his best behavior.

Finishing FI's quick education in Harry Potter with the last movie! So many plot holes, nearly all of which could have been plugged with just a little more attention paid to some of the larger details in the books. Like, I get leaving out some of the things that relate to plot points within each book, but God BLESS there are overaching plot points I'm having to explain, because they include the later parts without explaining how the earlier parts happened.

At work. It was really crazy earlier with the Front Desk backed up and not having rooms ready past 4pm (time it should be ready by) so of course I, the person who is farthest form the Front Desk, is the person at fault and should be yelled at.

I only spoke to one person since 2pm that actually had to do with my job so far and have another 1 hour and 45 minutes to go, and it's quiet now. I have nothing to do.

I'm starving. I think I might break down and get a snickers out of the vending machine.

I convinced DH to get takeout and made sweet potato puree for Chiquto. He let me give him a spoonful and then screamed bloody murder like the vegetable was trying to hurt him.
