I need good puppy vibes!!! UPDATE - I GOT HER!!!

So I finally met a dog that I absolutely adore. Her name is Elle and she's a rescue, mostly beagle. She came from Puerto Rico when she wasn't yet 1 and was already pregnant. Now she's a year and a half and when I met her, it was like we were made for each other. I have an in home visit with the adoption agency today so wish me luck!

It's the best. When I went to her foster home, I sat on the couch and she just sat next to me and put her head in my lap. It's like she knew I was there for her.

Also, we had our home visit for Maury about a year ago. It may be different where you are but they basically just came in to see if the place looked safe for him. The guy made a joke about making sure we weren't addicts, animals horders, slobs, etc. They spent all of 5-10 minutes at our place-- and some of that was DH giving technical advice to the guy. You should be fine!

I grew up with beagles and love them so much. I wasn't even looking for one but it's like we just found each other!

That's what happened to me too! I grew up with boxers and never had any desire to own a beagle, but we were destined for each other lol. It was too perfect.
