What color/ style bridesmaids dresses should I get?

My wedding colors are rose gold, cream, and navy. I plan on having the groom wear a navy tux and this is my dress:

I am not sure what my bridesmaids dresses should look like. I thought that maybe a rose gold sequin skirt and cream blouse would look cute, but is that too much rose gold?

IMO your best option for something they can wear again would be to just let them choose any dress in navy.

Second best would probably be to say, 'pick anything that's rose/peach/cream.'

I love rose gold but I would never ever wear a sequin skirt by my own choosing. Also I would think it odd to have them match you, but flipped. They don't need to match you that much.

I have a similar color scheme to you, and the GMs are wearing navy and my BMs are going to wear black. I really just wanted something neutral and simple. I'm basically just telling them black and floor lengh and letting them pick what they like.

I feel like this depends so much on your bridal party members specifically. The best (and easiest) option would be to just give them a color and have them pick any dress they want in that color. All navy, or all rose gold, or whatever. That said, some people might look terrible in the color you choose. I would look great in navy, terribly in rose gold, and not that great in cream. Navy would be a great option, because it's flattering on many, many people, and it's a good, neutral color they can wear again for lots of occasions.

Either a Navy or even just a rose/pale pink color would look really nice with that color scheme. I agree that the sequin skirt/top mix would look odd and most would not wear it again. And the flip on your dress would be way to matchy-matchy.

I would do something with a V-neck in a lightweight fabric to echo your dress, but I would stop there and keep the colors matte and either cream or navy. David's bridal has a tank dress with cowl back that would work, or this jersey tank dress has a waistband if you want to add a contrasting belt. Navy is super wearable so they could use the dresses again, and they won't outshine you with their collectively larger portion of sequins. You could also have them carry cream bouquets wrapped in rose-gold sequins.
