Knotties.... I got my first pair of Jimmy Choos. On steep discount (Neiman's Last Call). They are just my style (which leans more towards classic/plain), will go with all my nicer jeans, dress slacks, and dresses, and are shockingly comfortable for strappy sandals. 

I am going to wear these everywhere and every chance I get. So excited!!

    Those are gorgeous! I think I'd die trying to walk in those, myself.

    Here are my wedding shoes! I wanted something with a mid heel, and I'm in love! Need to start breaking them in.

    I love shoes! So I just bought these and H calls them my granny shoes. Idgaf! They are comfy and I think they are cute. They are my go to weekend shoes now.image

    Not wedding shoes and we are coming up on summer but my all time favorite shoes I own are a pair of boots that I want to curl up and live in. Should have bought them in ALL colors when they went on sale!

    I'm actually in love with all of the shoes but don't do serious heels. For the last few summers, my shoe wardrobe has been Cole Haan wedges- black, silver, gold, and red. The gold are wearing down and the silver won't last another summer. They don't have any I love this season which makes me sad. Instead, I'm looking at:

    Blue  polka dots are my everyday work shoes. Can't go wrong with polka dots. Mint sketchers are my running around doing errands. 

    Teal converse are obviously going to be my wedding shoes. And I adore them so much. Adore them. I want to wear them everywhere but FI wont let me because he doesn't want them to get dirty and wants them to stay 'special' for the wedding day. lol ( I also love the fact that my FMIL hates the idea that I am wearing them)
    I've known 2 brides who wore Converse in their weddings. A friend of the family wore them in white while a high school friend wore blue. Though hers were more of a periwinkle color.

    I have 2 pairs now: purple and black. I wear them both to work frequently.

    @wandajune6 I happened upon them on ebay! I was searching for gold and burgundy and died when I saw them! They were more than I wanted to spend (was trying to keep it under $50), but they were too perfect for what I wanted!

    They're Faryl Robin from Anthropologie (apparently)

    You can find them sometimes online but very limited.. sadly Sorel doesn't make them anymore which is why I am kicking myself for not buying more!!!

    I was trying to go cheaper on my shoes too but figured that if they could be worn for other occasions, a little bit more wouldn't be bad.

    I've actually had Faryl Robins before. I bought a pair of flats a few years back. They were incredibly cute and comfortable but wore out remarkably quickly. I always got compliments but never replaced them.

    I only found them when this thread opened because it jogged my memory that I needed to look into the subject haha. They're on modcloth so I may have to spring for them next payday - this check is pretty well claimed by bills.

    They're absolutely adorable though. Plus they aren't too high, which is good on several levels haha - I can wear them for work after the wedding, I won't break my neck in them, and they should keep me shorter than my hobbit FI hahah. :D

    My BFF just ordered these as my wedding present. She knew the 3rd most important part of my wedding to me after getting married, and good hosting was my shoes. She figured it made a hell of a better present over a toaster.

    I still wear my wedding flats all the time. . . they are losing all of their sparkles, so I fear i'll have to toss them soon. I'm so sad!  They are 2.5 years old in their defense!

    And, otherwise, from now until snow time, it's black flip-flops. 
    I had those same shoes in nude! They are still in my closet, haven't had an occasion to wear them again yet. But it WILL happen becasue I adore that ruffle.

    I've shown off my wedding shoes before, and I'm too lazy to find a picture of them right now, but I bought new running shoes yesterday and I'm even more excited about those right now! It was my first time being fitted for athletic shoes rather than just going to Payless and buying whatever Nikes they had in stock, and I am just in love with them so far. They're Saucony Triumph Iso and in addition to being incredibly comfy, they are the most radical shade of 1996.

    Welcome to the rabbit hole!! Jimmy Choos are addictive. They go on sale quite a bit, which is both a blessing and a curse! I am biting the bullet and getting mine tomorrow for wedding in 2 weeks.

    These are my wedding shoes. I justified it as a splurge that I can wear again to work :D Hence, the neutral color and more "conservative" heel.

    I love shoes, but not in a Sex & the City kinda way. I more apt to spend $200 on Goretex boots than stilettos.

    These are my new friends, Salomon Quest GTX hiking/backpacking boots. They carried me 9 miles up a mountain yesterday, and they'll carry me through 2 weeks of backcountry hiking and camping on our honeymoon.

    I am also obsessed with anything in Merrell's barefoot line - they are sooooo comfortable! These little black ballets with a strap are my favorite go-to-shoe.
