Re: May I start a discussion on sex?

  • 3 or 4 years, I think. I was in a long distance relationship (different continents) and every time we made plans for a trip something got in the way.

DH and I have a very erratic sex life, but we're cool with it. Sometimes it's 5 or 6 times in a day, other times we go a month or more without it. We fool around quite a bit more than we actually do the deed. We're going on about 6 weeks now, because |TMI WARNING| I've been bleeding pretty much constantly for the last two months. I need to get to a doctor, but I can't go have my hoo-ha looked at while I'm still bleeding. So very much frustration right now.

Are you sure you can't have it examined?  I would call a doctor and ask, because when I was on my regular period my doctor wanted to just do a pap smear and I was like "No, reschedule please" but they would've been fine with it.  Not sure if that'd be the same.

  • I hunted down this thread just to say that earlier this afternoon I half-jokingly asked FI if he would run to the kitchen to get me a post-coital fudgsicle, and he did, and it was amazing.

I had this problem before and they can give you a prescription (Provera?  Prometrium?  Something like that) that will make it stop.  Do you have any other issues?  Super irregular cycles (including abnormal bleeding) can be a sign of PCOS.

  • @lacqueredlover, in all seriousness, you could not be more gorgeous, and from what I can tell in my time here, full of charm. It'll be a lucky horse that you eventually get back on. ;)

Also, I was mid-way through typing out an offer to bring you a post-coital fudgsicle until I realized what a high level of creep that reached.

Hahaha this made me laugh, thank you!

Do you mind if I PM you? I don't want to hijack the thread.
