I am catless for the first time in years, and that's lonely. Also, my feet get cold at night because that's where Fluffy slept.

Until I go rescue someone, I visit my daughter's baby, Severus. She won't let me steal him.

Or, I go to my mom's and visit Bert. My oldest boy brought Bert home 18 years ago. Cutest little cream puff of a kitten I've ever seen in my life. Like a perfectly round ball of fur. We do not know where Bert came from. I asked, and was told, "All I know is he followed me home and his name's Bert." (Okay. He told you this, I guess.) Bert went to live with Mom, so he could be spoiled 24 hours a day.

I don't have a picture of my third cat on my phone for some reason but here are pics of Calli (the calico) and Neffertiti (aka Neffy). Calli is very timid but she is sweet. Neffy is the opposite. She is a little shit head but can be extremely sweet when she feel like it. The one not pictured is Artie. She runs and hides from people who aren't me or stbxh. She isn't very cuddly but she loves to play.

These are my three fur-babies.

Pumkin (the calico) is 14 and is an old grumpy fart. Though once and a while she will go psycho and chase her tail.
Tali (the tortie) is 9 and is my gentle scaredy-cat. She's afraid of so many things and likes hiding. But she is also such a sweetheart and loves getting ruffles and pets.
Rory (the orange and white) is 1 and is a little terror. He loves testing boundaries and trying to pounce on his sisters. He can be very sweet though once he tires himself out.

This is my dear I Don't Carrot All, Carrot for short. He's a (roughly) three year old ginger whose previous owners(the vets believe) home de-clawed him. He's mellow and cuddly and frequently ruins his diet by eating dog food.

I love seeing everyone's cats. And I love that the internet loves cats.

Can we talk about how awesome some of these cat names are?!?

Among my favorites from above:

Biscuit, Gravy, Tater, and Pepper - 'cause cats named after foods are always good. When I was in elementary school I got a tortie that I named Fudge. She was super-sweet!

Agreed! You guys are way more creative than I am. Although I have to say, I have a soft spot for animals named human names... A girl I know has a dog named "Carl" and it cracks me up every time I hear it! Also I'm 99% sure there is a cat in my building named Stephanie.

I had Pepper before I met H. He had Gravy before he met me. We thought it was meant to be because our cats both had food names and were both gray.

Dickens, the black kitty, who thinks he's a dog. He's begging for bacon with the pups in that photo. He also likes crinkly bags, and anytime one comes into the house it must go on the floor for his amusement. He loves to make muffins, lick toes, and follow me into the bathroom in the mornings so he can sit on my lap.

Then there's our fat lump Fizgig. He a brat prince, but a good snuggler and head booper.

Ugh, I miss my babies! Edgar & Ellen (the Poes) got me through life before J came along, all allergic and stuff. Edgar was my lap-warmer, and Ellen was my baby. Now they live with my sister and harass their dogs.

Yes! I love all the kitties!

This is Le Chat. My father told me I couldn't name her "Cat", after Breakfast at Tiffany's since she was a stray without a name, so I looked up "cat" in different languages. She's scared of anything that moves or makes noise, and can be downright bitchy (you can't touch her without her first nuzzling you), but when she wants to love, she's a great lover.

Also, she's an expert huntsmancat and can kill any flying bug that comes in our home with one swipe.

She can be a princess, but she's my princess.

Two years ago, H and I went to check out a Craigslist ad I saw about some kittens that were dropped off at a local vets. We instantly fell in love and called him Toulouse after his playfulness. This is a photo of when we got him and when he turned 1.

He loves to play and is a huge cuddler. He also loves to terrorize his big sister, which does not amuse H and I.

The two faced monster is my baby, Lu. Also known as: Louise, Lulu, Baby Monster, Weeze, The Weeze and Weezy.

The other tortie is my big baby, Kiki. Also known as: Ki, Kimeow, Monster and Princess Melomel Von Barleywine.

My Jabba also goes by Monster, Dinosaur, Jabbasaurus, and Table Cat.
And Leia also goes by Squeaky Cat, Little Bear, and Snuffles.
