Yea, the first thing I thought when I saw this was "Whoa... she posted a pic of someone else's baby on TK?" Not cool. Whenever I take pics of or with someone else's infant, I always ask the parents if it is okay to post on FB. It's just common courtesy.

Probably 90% of car seats that are sold on the market today are at least somewhat convertible and can be installed to be either front or rear facing.

Few things in life make me angrier than people who are sanctimonious about things they have no fucking clue about.

You guys know how a Google image search works, right? If someone really wanted to be an asshole, they could use that pic in a Google image search to try and get at that person's FB and other personal info.

From my break time look at picture - it was a convertible seat used rear facing, and positioning looked decent enough. I didn't look that closely however, and thankfully the picture is now gone.

I love seeing infants in properly fitted convertible seats. There's a better chance they'll stay rear facing longer vs a bucket seat. I refuse to count how many well under 2 yo I've seen flipped forward or in a dang booster. Any kids here are rear facing to Swedish standards. 5 seems reasonable.

Well this thread is a good reminder to defriend everyone I am not really friends with before I have children because who knows who might take a picture of my child and put it somewhere else on the internet.
