How to make a cage net veil fit properly!!

Hey everyone I need help!! My wedding is a week and half away and my cage net veil doesnt fit correctly. It sticks out infront of my face too much and I want it to lay curved along my face and not stick straight how. How do I get it to do that???

    The only suggestion I've got is to steam it a bit to make it a little less stiff, and then reshape it the way you want. I've seen this done with tutus and other dance attire before, so I imagine a net veil wouldn't be too different.

    I made my own and Mine sticks out  a bit.I am going to add a bit of weight at certain points with some little glued on beads.  Perhaps that could help.

    You need to steam it over a rounded shape so it falls correctly. Cage veils often get misshapen in shipping. A cheap styrofoam head or even a bowl will work. Let the steam and the gravity do most of the work, but use pins or you hands if you need to.
