Wedding Woes

Cooking halps (meatballs and sauce) and a yum

1a. Can I cook meatballs before freezing them? I'm scared to put them I the freezer raw because they might get misshapen.

1b. Should I store meatballs solo or in sauce?

2. I opend a jar of sauce last night without looking. It was the wrong sauce. Can I just double bag it in freezer bags and stick it in the freezer until I'm ready to use it?

Last night, I made stuffed meatballs and used them in meatball sandwiches. Food coma ensued promptly.

    1a. Sure, why not?
1b. If they're not already together, I'd store separately, then reheat the meatballs in the sauce.

    2. Sure, why not?

Food coma ensued promptly. what did you stuff them with?

I used the Kraft 100 Calorie packs Cheese Bites Three Cheese blend-Mozzarella, Parmesan and White Cheddar. I put about 3 pieced of cheese into each ball.
