Dress Shopping

Looking for recommendations of a good place to go in the Chicago area for dress shopping. I know some of the top salons in the area, but I'm not really necessarily looking for a certain designer. I'd like to go a place that might have a least a few designers and I can look at options. Any ideas?

    Well, the Chicago "area" is huge. I'd say that besides traditional bridal salons, which always have at least a few designers, remember that some department stores have bridal suites and great evening gown selections, like Nordstrom or Saks Fifth or Macys. Then, you've got stores like JCrew and Ann Taylor that have bridal lines. Tons of options for you.

    My daughter found her dress at Diana's in Skokie. They were very helpful and low pressure. Had a variety of price points too.

    @CharmedPam I got my dress from there and LOVED my experience there. However, I went to go get my bridesmaid dresses there and we have just been having problems. I would say its worth checking out!
