@alpacina - oh dear god that sounds terrible. my 3rd appt is next week. i have to say there are some parts that are very noticeably thinner but other parts are not. hmm... im interested to see what happens after my third appointment. do you do anything special in the first few weeks after appointments to encourage the hair to fall out more?

@jenjen047 - I haven't done anything special. And honestly, a good chunk of hair grew back in after appointment 3. She said your bikini area is very sensitive to hormones, and since I'm on a 3 month BC cycle that's probably why it took about that long for a couple of patches to come back. Hopefully she got em good this time!

It's all about catching hairs at different phases in their growth cycle. That's why they lengthen the time between appointments. Because they're trying to catch those patches that are still there at the ideal point in their cycle.

@alpacina - interesting. so far my place has scheduled all my appts 6 weeks apart. i will ask about changing the time between appointments.

@AlPacina That sounds terrifying!! My second appt is next Saturday. About 3 weeks after my first appt I definitely noticed a difference but if my hair is going to grow back every time my hormones are out of whack that is annoying.

Sorry, I have not contributed anything else to this thread as I never remember the movies I watch unless they were recent and I have nothing funny to talk about! lol

@jenjen047 - Oh right, I forgot about your schedule. My tech started with 4 weeks, then the next time was 5 weeks, and now every time should be 6 weeks apart. I guess that was just in case some of the hairs were on a 6 week cycle, you'd catch them at some point over those first 3 appointments.

@lavenderfields13 - I think that's the point of the pore closing. It's to make sure they aren't going to grow back later. But if you just zapped them with the laser and nothing else they'd probably show back up eventually.

3. Is there a comedian everyone loves but you can't stand? Sorta. I like Daniel Tosh but hate Tosh.O, some of Jim Carrey's stuff is good but hate Dumb & Dumber ...

So yesterday was pretty simple. Left work early to do mail drop, Matt met me and we went home, grabbed food and he dropped me off at my hair cut {as seen above} and just came home to hang out.

They've been doing renos at my office building, so I started getting a headache. Today it's just awful. I've attempted at being productive while home.

Saturday my mum and I are going out to Tangier Outlets, and in the evening we're going to a house warming.

Sunday we're measuring a new frame from iKea to see if we can fit into our Escape or if we have to beg to borrow Matt's parent's Explorer {which they named Dora lol} We'll see.

Side note: has anyone tried oil pulling with coconut oil? I wanna give it a shot.

@mskittydanger I tried oil pulling but I was too lazy to stick with it. I'm in such a rush in the morning I don't have time for anything extra!

@alpacina I was wondering about lilack too and shoes, and liv. Sometimes I feel like such a weirdo because I wonder where the posters are that are from way back when I used to creep like marley (way way back), lunarsongbird, yaga, so many more I can't think of!

@mskittydanger No, I don't think it's gross, just a PITA to keep swishing something around in your mouth for like 15 mins. That's what I was doing- doing it while I was in the shower.
