how to address pocketfold invites without inner envelopes

For those of you doing pocketfolds - are you using inner envelopes? I am not planning on using inner envelopes but now I don't know how to address "and guest" and other pertinent inner envelope items (individual family member names, etc). Has anyone figured out a solution to this pocketfold logistics dilemma?

    No inner envelope.  I am doing a belly band, and the cardstock on the bellyband has the guests names on it, the way they would have been on an inner envelope had we had one.  I just did that instead of putting our monogram/logo on the belly band.
