Detox Pre-Wedding?

Is anyone doing a detox before the wedding? If yes, what are you doing and is it working? I was also considering a detox/herbal wrap at a spa but I'm not sure if it is worth the money.Thank!

I'm simply cutting alcohol and watching my salt intake. I find salt and alcohol make me 'puffy'

Drinking lots of water and eating a balanced diet. (Which I should be doing anyways).

I've been cutting out simple carbs and trying to eat as clean as possible. Been doing this for about a week and a half now and I am definitely noticing that my clothes are starting to feel looser.

Lots of water indusers, watermelon everyday, chicken, turkey, pork and veggies. Down almost 70 lbs.

I have been doing a lot of the same things....plus lots of walking, but now I have messed my ankle up so still going to the gym. But have had 6 body wraps....and have 2 more scheduled. The wraps have worked but they are a little pricey (gift from my gram)

Have lemon and hot water every morning it helps to kickstart your metabolism

Good luck....the stress is a killer too.
