got some zumba in - great job! I can't move today though...I did a strength class on Saturday and clearly I need to do more strength and less cardio because my body is not used to strength at all.
Monday: 1 mile walk, cleaned the house for a few hours too
Tuesday: Spin for 45 minutes
Wednesday: Spin for 45 minutes, 5 mile walk
Thursday: 40 minutes eliptical, 1 mile walk
Friday: Zumba for 30 minutes, 5 mile walk
Saturday: Two "try it" classes...a 30 minute rhythm ride (spin on crack) and a 30 minute strength kettle bell class. H wanted to go for a walk later that day too so I walked with him about 3 miles I think?
Sunday: Rest day. I ended up walking to get my coffee that morning so that was a leisurely 1.5 mile walk.
Not sure if I'm going to do something today that is heavy. I'm still sore from strength on Saturday. I'll likely do a short walk.
