How long will your engagement be?

We got engaged in May of this year and are getting married in May of next year. Just days shy of a full year of planning.

How long will you be engaged before you get married?

    We got engaged on April 1 of this year and our wedding is May 7 of next year.  I would have preferred a shorter engagement but my FI didn't wanted a little more time to spread out expenses and I didn't want to get married in the winter.

    I got engaged March of 2013 , I'll be married May 2016. So I'll be engaged for over three years.

    We got engaged Oct 25, 2014, so we'll have been engaged 19 months!

    We got engaged September 2014, so we'll have been engaged 20 months.  We didn't start actively planning until a few months ago, though, so the planning resembles a short engagement.

    We got engaged on December 24, 2015.  So we will just have a little over five months of planning.
