Hi!  I am planning a wedding in Springdale at Fairlane Station on May 21, 2016.  It's early, but I would like to start meeting with caterers.  I am open to a seated dinner or a buffet although I think my budget is leaning more toward buffet.  Right now, I'm looking at Marketplace Grill and Kruton's.  Any advice- rave reviews or warnings is welcome!

    Love Fairlane Station!

    We talked to Kruton's but they took forever to get back with us and I felt like they were a little unorganized. Check out The Event Group in Fayetteville!

    Thank you for responding!  We ended up going with Catering Concepts-- tried a bunch of menu options and they were really good and the presentation was good too. Marketplace ended up serving us really dry chicken (when my fiance and I went for a tasting) and we thought-- if service for two isn't in tip-top shape, we can't trust them with our 100 or so guests!
