Finding a suitable wedding ring...

I am having a little trouble finding a ring for my fiance, I absolutely ADORE the ring she got for me but it seems like nothing that I like or I assumed was a gorgeous band she doesn't like. I've always known she has very different and peculiar taste but this is driving me nuts!! I don't want to be tacky and take her to pick it out herself but I'm lost. I've even tried help from my FMIL and FSIL but they're likes have failed too.

How do I find out what she likes without basically making her pick it out herself?

    There is nothing tacky about allowing her to pick it out for herself.  I think most couples do this.  You will be certain that it is a ring she really likes.  Go shopping for it together!

    Definitely go shopping together! If she has really specialist tastes then likely you won't be able to second guess what she would want. Its a pretty big decision as she will probably be looking at wearing it for the rest of her life (though some ppl don't really wear their ering once they have a wedding band).

    My FI didn't pick my ring, nothing tacky about it. And its a fun way to spend time too!

    I picked out my wedding ring, of all the things I've done in my life that could be called tacky, that was not one of them.

    Go together and get her something she likes...same for you, pick out something you like! It's nobody's business who selected the rings or how the selection was made.
