I just made my first appointment/consultation @Glend Island (New Rochelle)
I have a few questions for all of you who already have a venue.

1) Who many venues you interviewed? Is 3 enough or too many? (Im thinking I             should pick my favorite 3)
2) What should I ask?
3) Is there anything else I should know?

    That's exciting.  It looks beautiful.  Before you go make sure you are clear on what your budget is and how many people you plan to invite.  You don't want to fall in love with the venue and then find out it out of budget or doesn't fit your guest list.  

    I live in Boston but planning a CT wedding so I did a lot of my research online and called several locations but only visited one venue since it was perfect for what we wanted.  We chose the Cobbs Mill Inn in Weston, CT.  

    I also googled 'what to ask a wedding venue' and found several articles that helped me figure out what I needed to know from every venue.

    FI and I visited....like 6? We had our top two and narrowed it down from there.
