I'm gonna just poke the bear.... Has anyone seen any crazies since engagement season has started?

I've seen a few people sharing pictures of something like this, but no outbursts or anything really entertaining. I was really hoping we'd see a meltdown or two today.

I haven't had/seen any since all my friends are either married or completely single. Saw a few Christmas ultrasound announcements.

Nope, haven't seen any engagement announcements, but my friend-set is more on the baby bandwagon. I definitely saw several pregnancy announcements.

I have one or two friends that are total whiners about being single....and they do it all over fb. But I expect the true BSC people are still waiting and hoping for that NYE engagement before they show up here.

I've seen two engagement announcements, people complaining about seeing tons of announcements because of the time of year, and others complaining that they aren't getting engaged any time soon.

Only pregnancy announcement I saw was @minskat30 and it was adorable!

The former tells me I really need to set a time to go through my FB and do a major delete. I just wish it wasn't such a pain in the ass to get rid of people on there!

My best friend got engaged on christmas eve. I asked for a photo of the ring and she sent me a Google image. So there's that.

Just had to pop in and share that not one, but two of my fb friends shared pics of themselves with this mug recently (not as an announcement, just because)

ETA: my FSIL also posted a photo with the same mug two months ago.

No engagements but a lot of baby announcements on my facebook page. I assume the crazies will wait to have their meltdowns about not getting engaged until after New Year's.

Oh but my MOH did tell me her and her BF (whom I posted about on here and I extremely dislike) went ring shopping a couple weeks ago.

@speakeasy14 - Yeah, I was really surprised when she told me. They've only known each other a couple of months. I did tell her about my concerns with him and she didn't get mad but kind of blew it off. I would really hate to have to distance myself from her but if she actually did marry this guy I probably would have to.

I agree.. 2 of the 3 I wasn't surprised to see it from... One of them had previously posted her STD photo on instagram so now everyone knows when the wedding is regardless if they are invited. I almost posted on it and said "thanks for the Save the Date, I just put it in my calendar!" just to be a smart-ass.

Also I almost just typed "Thanks for the STD..." and changed it because, well, you know.
